Q: What do I need to do to complete the courses?

  A:   Study at your own pace.  When you are ready, there is a short (maximum 20 questions) online multiple choice quiz you take to pass the course and obtain your certificate.   A passing score on the quiz is 68%, and you can take the quiz as many times as necessary to obtain a passing score at no extra charge. The quizzes are not timed.

Q: Are your PDU courses updated for the new Project Management Institute (PMI)® CCR and PMI Talent Triangle requirements?

Yes they are.  All our PDU courses are pre-approved by the PMI and meet the new PMI CCR and PMI Talent Triangle requirements.  You can view the amount of PDUS in each Talent Triangle category per course by viewing the description for each course.

Q:  I see course access is 90 days, does that mean that I have to take all 90 days to complete the course?

A:  No, you can complete the course as soon as you like, you progress through the courses at your own pace.

Q:  I found a similar PDU course offer, why should I buy from PM Educate?

A:  Check through the competing offer carefully.  Does the competitor offer live instructor phone support for online courses?  Instructors are available by phone as well as email for any questions or issues.  Does the competitor require completing many separate exams to obtain the PDUs?  Each of our courses only requires completing one multiple choice quiz to demonstrate learning.

Q:   Are you an official Authorized Training Partner (ATP) of the PMI?

A:  Yes we are.  Our Provider ID is 2715.  You can review our information with the PMI by clicking HERE.  All our courses are listed in the official PMI database and pre-approved for PDU credit. 

Q:  Is there any limit to the number of Authorized Training Partner PDUs I can earn in my 3 year renewal cycle?

A: There is no limit to the number of ATP PDUs you can earn in a given cycle - you can earn all 60 PDUs from PM Educate.

Q: What do the classes contain? Can I see a sample of the study materials and review questions?

A:  We have a free sample course for review.  Click HERE to enroll.   Actual courses (both for exam prep and continuing PDU credit) just contain larger review guides and more video content, questions, answers, and references.

Q:  How long do I have access to the courses?

A:  Course access is 90 days, with courses available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.    Course access period begins from date of purchase.  Effective August 26 2011, course renewals for all courses are available in 90 day increments for $89.99.  Note extensions are only sold in 90 day increments for $89.99, you cannot purchase a 30 day extension for $30, for example.  Extensions are required to be purchased in all circumstances (delays in completion due to illness, death in family, job loss, etc).  You can renew your course any time prior to expiration by purchasing the 90 day time extension under "all courses" when logged in to PM Educate.  

Q:  How do I update or change the credit card associated with my account?

A: Login to pmeducate.com, then click on your name in the upper right hand corner.  Select "my account" and then "billing" to update your credit card information.

Q:  What time zone does PM Educate use for courses and enrollments?

Q:  Can I continue to have access to the course even after I complete it?

A:  Yes! You will continue to have access to all materials even after completing the course, for the duration of your course access.

Q:  What is your refund/return policy? 

A:  All sales are final, be sure to view the one PDU sample course example before purchase to understand the general course content and format.

Q:  I don't have a credit card and/or I need someone else (like my company) to pay on behalf.  Is this okay?

Q:  Is there an alternative to using a credit card for submitting payment?

Q:  What web browsers do you support?

A:  We recommend the Google Chrome web browser.  We also support the latest versions of Firefox, Safari, MS Edge, and Samsung internet.  Note: We do NOT support the older MS Internet Explorer web browser.  Please use one of the other listed web browsers listed when accessing our site.

Q:  Does PM Educate officially report the exact hours and minutes I personally spend reviewing the study materials and review questions on the web?

A: No we do not.

Q:  Can I start a test on one computer and resume the test on a different computer at the point where I left off?

A:  Yes you can, the tests are 100% web based.

Q:  Do I need to download any software to my computer to use the course? 

A:  You will need a web browser and the ability to read adobe pdf files, that's it!

Q:  Can I use the course from my work computer, and also my home computer?

A:  Yes, you can use the course from any computer with a web browser and internet connection.  You are not limited to using the course from a single computer.
